If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
1.2 Extended Holiday Returns
For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, we offer an extended return window of 60 days to ensure a worry-free holiday shopping experience.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- A copy of the original order receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, or we may adjust the refund amount accordingly.
3. Free Returns on First Order
As a gesture of goodwill, we offer free return shipping on your first order with us. For subsequent returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Steps to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will provide detailed instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible returns).
- Package and Ship: Securely repackage your item, include the original receipt or proof of purchase, and attach the prepaid label (if applicable). For your protection, please obtain a tracking number if using your own shipping method.
- Confirmation and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, we’re here to help. Simply contact our support team, and we will assist in setting up an exchange, subject to product availability. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. 9. Return Shipping Costs
9.1 First Order Free Returns

9.3 International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees and any associated duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Claw & Craft cannot guarantee receipt of international returns.
